As part of our on-going business growth plan, it is so good to finally be able to announce such an important goal for myself and the team here at Impact, who have completed the training and installation of our newest addition, on-time and under the allocated budget.
Just email your artwork over to us and we can provide a quick turn around. Preferably Vector based images in the PDF format sent via email to dies@impactfoiling.co.uk we can then process your dies swiftly and accurately.
An advantage we have is that we possess many decades of foiling experience and with this knowledge, we believe this would provide us to produce high quality dies that will enhance your print with eye catching results.
In House high precision tool making help create the highest quality die. Tooling is checked before every die is produced.
Your Artwork is processed using industry leading Computer Aided Manufacturing software in conjunction with our state of art CNC milling machines.
The level of detail created is second to none with the help of our Tooling facility we can make tools as fine as 0.05 of a millimetre, (20th of a mm).
